Our goal is to ensure your understanding and satisfaction. If you have an hourly plan with us and you’re not completely satisfied with the explanation given, that question will not count towards your subscription and you can continue the conversation with the tutor through our chat support within the same ticket or a new one. you can also leave a feedback after each question for us to review in the application.
Yes, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time and we give our users a 7-day refund policy upon purchasing a premium subscription plan. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want our customers to have control over their subscription preferences.

If you have our 2-Hours Tutoring Plan, you can receive up to 2 hours of video explanations per month. For example, if a video you received for a problem was 5 minutes, that will be deducted and you will have 1 hour and 55 minutes remaining.
While our operational hours are 8-10 PM EST, Mon-Fri, you can still upload problems at any time. If you upload a problem outside of these hours, our tutors will address it promptly during the next operational window. We will continuously expand operation hours in the coming months.
Our video explanations are personalized for each student. When you upload a problem, our tutor records a unique explanation tailored to your specific question. This personalized approach ensures that you receive relevant guidance.
