Zoom Integration Documentation
Welcome to the Stigmi Learning Zoom integration guide. This document will help you understand how to add, use, and remove the Stigmi Learning Zoom app. Please follow the steps below for each section to get started.
1. Adding the Stigmi Learning Zoom App
To enhance your tutoring experience, you can add the Stigmi Learning Zoom app to your Zoom account by following these steps:
Step 1: Access the Zoom Marketplace
- Visit the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Search for “Stigmi Learning” in the search bar.
Step 2: Install the Stigmi Learning Zoom App
- Once you find the app, click the Install button.
- Log in to your Zoom account if prompted.
- Zoom will request permissions for the Stigmi Learning app to access your Zoom account. Review the permissions and click Authorize to allow the integration.
Step 3: Verify Installation
- Once installed, the app will be available in your Zoom account.
- You can access the app by navigating to the Apps tab in your Zoom desktop client or web portal.
2. Using the Stigmi Learning Zoom App
After you’ve installed the Stigmi Learning Zoom app, here’s how to use it for scheduling tutoring sessions or attending meetings:
Step 1: Scheduling a Tutoring Session
- Log in to your Stigmi Learning account at app.stigmilearning.com.
- Navigate to the Tutoring section and select a time slot for a session.
- Once a session is booked, Stigmi Learning will automatically generate a Zoom meeting link.
- You will receive the Zoom link via email or within your dashboard.
Step 2: Joining a Tutoring Session
- At the scheduled time, click the Zoom meeting link provided in your email or on the dashboard.
- The Zoom app will launch automatically, and you will be able to join the session.
Step 3: Managing Sessions
- You can manage your scheduled Zoom sessions directly through your Stigmi Learning account. This includes rescheduling or canceling a session.
- For recurring sessions, Zoom links will be auto-generated for each meeting.
3. Removing the Stigmi Learning Zoom Ap
If you need to uninstall the Stigmi Learning Zoom app for any reason, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access Your Installed Apps
- Log in to your Zoom account on the Zoom web portal.
- Go to My Account > Apps > Installed Apps.
Step 2: Uninstall the Stigmi Learning App
- Find the Stigmi Learning app in your list of installed apps.
- Click Uninstall to remove the app from your Zoom account.
- Confirm the uninstallation.
Step 3: Confirm Uninstallation
Once the app is uninstalled, you will no longer be able to use Zoom features within Stigmi Learning. If you decide to reinstall the app, simply follow the installation steps above.
